TEAM MANAGER
JOB
SUMMARY
To
supervise and co-ordinate the efforts of the support staff team in
order that each shift runs smoothly and efficiently within a home
with service users who have epilepsy and mild to moderate learning
disabilities.
Ideal
candidates will have the following skills and experience:
- Supervisory
or managerial experience
-
Ability to plan and organise shifts so that they run smoothly and
efficiently
-
Experience in ensuring that there is adequate staff cover
-
Understanding of quality assurance
-
Supporting staff with induction and development, reporting
identified training needs to the Registered Manager

Knowledgeable in legislation and standards
We
would expect you to have, or be prepared to complete an NVQ III
qualification or equivalent
