Sports Therapy
Many of us would like to take more exercise and become fitter.
Sometimes we struggle to find the motivation and determination to
succeed though. Our sports therapy programmes help our service users
to build up their strength and to feel more positive about life.
Indeed for some people sport can be the key to improved fitness,
posture and self respect which can lead to further benefits in
everyday living, too. As with every aspect of life at Independence
Homes, sports therapy programmes are designed to ensure that skills
are transferred to our service users.
Wherever possible we look to develop programmes that match the
passions of our service users. We’re firm believers in the idea that
physical fitness can improve our mental well-being. |
