Nutritional Therapy

Physical and mental health is greatly affected by the efficiency of our body to process, absorb and utilise the food we eat. Nutritional therapists aim to improve body efficiency by identifying and dealing with any problems, thus allowing the body to regain its natural balance.
Our aim is to provide a healthy eating programme for all service users. For those service users, who require additional support, nutritional therapy may be an option. Great emphasis is placed upon identifying food intolerances, making adjustments and providing a supplement programme.
Benefits of Nutritional Therapy
Practically everyone can benefit in some way from a consultation with a nutritional therapist to improve their diet and lifestyle, health and fitness, moods and digestion, even if there are no specific health problems that need addressing.
"My son has regular severe seizures that required regular hospital admissions. Independence Homes started him on a high magnesium diet and the seizures improved dramatically"
