Parents’ feedback informs service development

Providing care and support for a vulnerable group of people is a hugely complex job in which the views of many people need to be heard. With this in mind, Independence Homes commissions a regular piece of research in which the views of parents of all of its service users are sought. This year’s research was conducted over the summer by David Josephs, an independent consultant who first carried out research for Independence Homes back in 2007.
