On 8th April we hosted a very successful visit from the Fundraising Manager and the Corporate Sponsorships Officer for Epilepsy Action.
On Saturday 20th April a group of the Independence Homes management team led by Steve Whittingham, Director of Operations attended the Tandridge District Council Charity Ball at the Surrey National Golf Club.
Spring has finally sprung, after an unusually snowy start so our service users are finally enjoying some spring activities.
It is amazing what a difference a kitten has made to one of our services. She is bundles of fun, keeping the service users entertained for ages.
We were very impressed with all our contributions from our service users and staff for 'Red Nose' Day; we managed to raise a total of £165.85 at our Head Office alone....Not bad for people being comfy in their PJ's all day!
The coldest March on record, proved to be no deterrent to our service users enjoying all that living in the community has to offer.

Sunday 10th February was Chinese New Year, this being the year of the Snake. Many services celebrated in style throughout the month!
