Homeopathy is a safe and natural alternative therapy; it has no side-effects, can work along side and in fact compliment orthodox medicine. It is even safe to take during pregnancy.
Arnica is probably the most well known homeopathic remedy as it reduces shock and bruising after falls – clearly of benefit to any sufferer of epileptic seizures. There are approximately 2,500 other remedies for everything else!

Many people are aware of the positive benefits of homeopathy, and after training in how to administer remedies and learn observational techniques helpful to the visiting homeopath, many members of staff have been surprised at the positive effects noticed.
Maggi Burnett, the qualified and registered homeopath who has been working with Independence Homes for over four years, notes:
“One service user needed hospitalisation for regular injections of magnesium to avoid serious seizures. After magnesium was given in homeopathic potency the client no longer needed injections as his body, stimulated by the homeopathic remedy, was doing the rebalancing necessary.
The use of several remedies to calm clients in stressful situations, such as prior to hospital treatment or simply when becoming anxious about not going out at the same time as other service-users, has also been very successful.
Homeopathic remedies have no side effects and are perfectly safe alongside orthodox medicine. Treatment can be useful for physical conditions like strains and sprains, especially after falls, or emotional states like sadness at separation.”
Another service user has dramatically reduced her need for emergency medication as homeopathy successfully treats her trigger factors.
