Our services are inspected and regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), which recently succeeded the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI). We are delighted to announce that our domiciliary care agency has received an ‘excellent’ 3 star rating for the third year running.
This is a rare and enviable accolade and one with which we are extremely proud to report, It should be noted that at present only 16% of services in the UK achieve 3 stars, so we are clearly in the desirable minority.
