BANK SUPPORT WORKER

JOB SUMMARY

In this role will require you to assist in covering shifts the Manager’s directions given to ensure that each service user receives care appropriate to their needs.

Ideal candidates will have the following skills and experience:

•  Working closely with a care team to ensure a high quality service is given
• Work one to one with service users
• Assessments and care plans
• Encourage independence
• Liaise with family's and outside agencies
• Offer emotional and social support
• You will be fully trained to meet the service users specialist needs

 Bank Support Workers work on a casual intermittent basis, covering shifts in all our homes as and when required by all home Managers
