A career with us

We have an outstanding team, all of whom are enhanced CRB checked and trained in epilepsy care. Our service users thrive on consistency, so each of our services has a designated manager and staff team. We also have an experienced medical and nursing team and a range of specialist therapists.

We have achieved the Investors in People award, which demonstrates our commitment to developing and supporting our employees. We regularly award staff to recognise outstanding achievement. We provide ongoing training to ensure that we remain at the forefront of epilepsy care. The nature of our work can be extremely challenging, but equally as rewarding, as one of our members of staff describes:

We are committed to recruiting and developing people who will provide a high quality care service to our service users. We offer a vibrant and dynamic working environment where you are able to develop your skills. We have a variety of roles to suit individuals with different levels of experience/qualifications.

All positions require you to complete an application form and you must be eligible to work in the UK for all of our positions. All offers of employment are subject to an enhanced CRB check, satisfactory references and health check. You will also be required to complete an intensive induction programme

We offer flexible shifts and have full time (40 hour) and part time (20 and 30 hour) positions too. We welcome applications from both experienced people and those new to care as we offer extensive and specialist training. You could join our own bank staff who provide cover on a casual basis over a range of shifts.

Our head office provides management and administrative support to our organisation but we sometimes have additional administraton vacancies at our services in Sutton, Selsdon, Wallington, Caterham and Purley.
